My goal is to connect pet lovers, rescuers and humane groups across the U.S. and Canada. I’m adding a feature called “The Pet Scoop”  which will list animal-related events in the U.S. & Canada. Here’s how it works: If your group is having an event, or you’d simply like to promote your group’s mission, just email it to me at and it may be posted to “The Pet Scoop.”
If you’re announcing an event, please send it 2-3 weeks in advance of your date. You may send digital flyers, announcements or invitations. If you’re sharing your group’s mission statement, please be brief and include a logo and contact information.

Dear Little Lion Family,

We are so excited to announce The Little Lion Foundation’s first annual Whiskers in Wonderland fundraising event. Mingle with like-minded animal lovers and meet some of our current Little Lions while munching on vegetarian hors d’oeuvres at this COVID friendly outdoor event! Join us as we celebrate our volunteers, the animals we saved in 2021 and raise funds to do it all over again in 2022.

We have been given an opportunity to expand our kitten nursery which allowed us to touch the lives of over approximately 1,000 kittens this year. Help us with our goal of raising $20,000 by December 31, 2021 to make this expansion a reality so that we can continue to provide quality care to kittens in need. If you are unable to attend the event, but still want to contribute, give a loving gift here with a note that reads “Nursery Expansion”

Your support means the world to us and we hope to see you on December 5th!
