Right after reading what you did (adopting Molly & WIlly April 2019), my family and I went down to the NYCACC in Manhattan, We adopted a 9 year old tortie cat that we renamed Khloe. Her previous owners dumped her. Their loss was our gain. She loved playing fetch with her mouse and her other toys. Last month, she started to get sick. We took her to the vet and found out she had a mass in her belly. A few weeks passed and she stopped eating and using the litter pan. We all knew it was time. As I held her in the vet’s office for the last time I said, ” you were a fantastic girl.. love you”, Thank you Warren for inspiring me to adopt a cat who really needed a home.:)
