You can access all of your account preferences when you click the "Preferences" link at the top left corner of any page:
- Order Status: Review your pending orders and previously shipped orders. If you do not see an order that you placed, then it was not successfully processed and it does not exist in our system.
- Manage Address Book: Keep track of your shipping and billing addresses here.
- Change Log In: Change your login email address or your password here.
- Member Profile: View and update your membership details, including your file download bandwidth preferences, your nickname used on the Message Boards, and more.
- Manage Credit Cards: Add, edit, and delete credit card information, and indicate which credit card we should be your default.
- Shopping Cart: View the items you currently have in your shopping cart.
- Podcasting URLs: Use the "Add to iTunes" button to automatically add a podcast to iTunes, or view your personalized podcasting URLs.
- Member Blocked List: View a list of the Members you have blocked in the Message Boards.
- Contact Customer Service if you have questions.
